ATF Content
We set out to align Contigo’s Amazon Storefront with the sleek, design-forward aesthetic of their DTC site. Our ATF content strategy prioritized close-up shots that highlighted spill-proof lids, one-handed operation, and portability. Each image module served to preempt common shopper questions, reducing friction in the path to purchase.
As a result, we achieved a 24% increase in add-to-cart actions, a 12% reduction in bounce rate, and a 20% increase in repeat purchase intent, indicating that customers better understood product value on first exposure.
Ambassador Collaboration & Cross-Channel Impact
To further connect with active, wellness-minded consumers, we leveraged our partnerships with brand ambassadors who are a prominent voice in fitness and lifestyle, like Ally Love. Ally’s content was strategically integrated across Contigo’s DTC site, email marketing, social channels, and Amazon creative—building cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
